At UWS, We are passionate about optimising supply chain management processes using DATA. We are a team of LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALISTS who specialise in contributing to a company’s bottom line by effectively and efficiently managing a complex network of people, resources, activities, and technology structures.

An exceptional supply chain creates efficiencies and these efficiencies increases revenue while decreasing costs and/or reducing thefts / pilferages. We specialise in up-skilling your entire supply chain team and setting up the Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) that can be digitized later which in turn offers numerous advantages, including improved accessibility, ease of sharing and collaboration, and potential for automation

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction  (in Hindi & English)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills – MS Office, Gmail / Outlook

  • Well versed with imparting training in both Hindi & English

  • Min. 1 month of experience as a weighbridge operator (Necessary for exposure)

  • Min. 1 month of experience as area supervisor(Necessary for exposure)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical training tasks, such as reviewing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting, and resolving defects

  • Perform on-the-job training to ensure new staff is qualified for their jobs

  • Mentor new staff in job-specific tasks and processes

  • Train new staff in company policies and procedures

  • Develop and implement training plans for new hires

  • Promote team building by actively participating in staff development

  • Conduct refresher training for the existing staff

  • Develop presentations, training materials, and handout material and instruction  (in Hindi & English)
