At UWS, We are passionate about optimising supply chain management processes using DATA. We are a team of LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALISTS who specialise in contributing to a company’s bottom line by effectively and efficiently managing a complex network of people, resources, activities, and technology structures.

An exceptional supply chain creates efficiencies and these efficiencies increases revenue while decreasing costs and/or reducing thefts / pilferages. We specialise in up-skilling your entire supply chain team and setting up the Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) that can be digitized later which in turn offers numerous advantages, including improved accessibility, ease of sharing and collaboration, and potential for automation

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong background in administrative management.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures to optimize productivity and streamline operations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

  • Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.

  • ​Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports, including employee turnover, absenteeism, and training statistics.
